Remove elevation shadow without removing elevation itself

SVG shadow cut off

The SVG I’m working with has a drop shadow via feGaussianBlur filter. The shadow itself is displayed properly, but gets cut off on top and bottom edges. How to provide shadow to Button

As you can see in image, I want shadow behind a Button. I have created Button with rounded corners. But problem is I can’t generate a shadow behind that Button. How can I achieve this?
