Design cues for draggable page components

I’m working on a web project where a user will be able to edit the ordering of a list. I’d like to update the visuals for the items that are draggable so that there is a a clear indication of each of the elements that are in fact draggable. I’m having trouble trying to nail down any standards that may exist for this sort of thing. I’ve seen a state change to the cursor but I think this would be too subtle for this particular project.

Does anyone have any resources or ideas about how to clearly communicate to a user that a specific page object is draggable?

Answer

enter image description here for vertical dragging. Standard on mobiles so it should communicate well.

Or enter image description here for completely draggable.
