In Adobe Photoshop (I’m currently using CS5), is it possible to remove the cyan-coloured guide lines? I’m talking about the ones added by
View > Guides.. >[horizontal/vertical guide choice].I can’t find it anywhere on Google nor this site!

You can do as Marc Edwards suggest, or you can also select an individual guide and drag it off the screen to delete it.
